Refund policy – CHANGE OF MIND
Returns and Refunds are valid for change of mind considering the following criteria below is met:
– Stock is returned in store within 3 days of the date on your invoice or on date supplied/pick up, whichever is earlier.
– A copy of the invoice is provided along with the products.
– Stock has been cared for and has not deteriorated in heath since leaving our site. Our staff must deem the product to be in re-sellable condition.
– Stock that is grown by us – a refund is dependent on quality of stock returned being same as what was supplied.
– Stock supplied from an external grower – a refund is dependent on the external grower approving the refund and return, and stock in excellent condition. If external grower will not accept stock, client must pay for stock, i.e. No Refund.

Returns and Refunds are invalid if plants have planted or taken out of pot.
Refund Policy – FAULTY PRODUCT
Returns and Refunds are valid for stock that is deemed to be faulty considering the following criteria below is met:
– Plant Connections must be notified within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
– Clear photos demonstrating the faults of the plant stock are provided to [email protected] within 24 hours of the stock either being purchased in store or 24 hours from arrival in the case of delivery.
– Stock is returned to the nursery within 3 days of the date on your stock being supplied – you are responsible for covering costs for return of stock.
– Stock damaged/vandalised by anyone other than our staff is not refundable.
– Stock has been cared for and has not deteriorated in heath since leaving our site. Our staff must deem the product to be in re-sellable condition to be considered for refund.
– Stock that is grown by us – a refund is dependent on quality of stock returned being same as what was supplied.
– Stock supplied from an external grower – a refund is dependent on the external grower approving the refund and return, and stock in excellent condition. If external grower will not accept stock, client must pay for stock, i.e. No Refund.
Note: pests and diseases that have been sprayed and no live specimens detected are considered as safe specimens. They cannot be classed as ‘Faulty’ or infected with pests and/or diseases so cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Policy – RED IMPORTED FIRE ANTS (RIFA)
Due to biosecurity issues, we will not accept any stock back from listed RIFA zones. No refunds.
This includes both plant and pots/trays.
Once items have been supplied to a client in the RIFA zone, you are liable for all aspects and costs pertaining to that stock.
As of March 2025, Plant Connections Wholesale Nursery is not in a RIFA zone.
